It is important that at least one author per accepted full/short/demo/workshop paper registers under the Main Conference, either IEEE Member or Non-IEEE Member rate (not student member/non-member rate) on or before July 31, 2023 (AOE, Anywhere on Earth). To be eligible for early rate, please complete your author registration on or before July 31, 2023 (AOE, Anywhere on Earth). A full member/non-member author registration covers up to 2 papers.
The accepted Paper ID(s) must be provided in the registration form. A full member/non-member registration includes the submission of up to six (6) pages for full/workshop papers, and four (4) pages for short and demo papers. You may purchase up to two (2) additional pages for any FULL research/workshop accepted paper at a cost of US$150 per page. For such a situation, please contact the registration chair Mrs. Siew Foong Ho (hosf@nus.edu.sg).
At least one author must register and attend the conference to present a paper. Papers of authors who fail to attend and present their papers will be removed from further consideration for inclusion in the proceedings (and any possible future journal special issues).
The Virtual Attendee rate (SGD 100) is NOT available for publishing authors. It is only available for attendees who would like to listen to paper presentations remotely.
Visa support letters can be requested during the registration process (please indicate Yes for the question: Do you need an invitation letter for your visa?).

The registration fee for the conference includes access to the entire conference, including the tutorials, workshops, and the social events (reception, banquet). The special one-day registration fee for the workshops and tutorials covers only one day (30 August) and does not include access to the main conference and the social events. The one-day workshops and tutorials registration is not available for authors.
Accepted paper authors need to select the registrant type under Main Conference, either IEEE Member or Non-IEEE Member. In addition, the Paper ID must be provided for each accepted paper.
Please note that the fees listed in the table below are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). 1 SGD is approximately 0.75 USD (i.e., the early bird/author IEEE Member fee is approximately USD 750).

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Author Registration: At least one author of an accepted paper must register under the Main Conference rate per the paper registration policy above in order for a paper to be included in the conference and workshop proceedings. If complete payment is not received by the author registration deadline July 31, 2023 by 23:59 (AOE, Anywhere on Earth), the paper will be removed from publication in MIPR 2023. Such author registrations are Non-Refundable.
Other Attendees: Cancellations/refund request should be made in writing to Mrs. Siew Foong Ho (hosf@nus.edu.sg). The cancellation fee is 50% of the registration fee. No Refunds will be made from and after August 10, 2023 (AOE, Anywhere on Earth).
