It is important that at least one author per accepted paper/poster registers at the full member or non-member rate (Not student member/non-member rate) on or before July 9th, 2022 (PDT). To eligible for early rate, please complete your author registration on or before June 20th, 2022 (PDT).
The accepted Paper ID(s) and Title(s) must be provided in the registration form. A full Member/Non-Member registration includes the submission of up to six (6) pages for regular/workshop/industry paper, and four (4) pages for short and demo paper. You may purchase up to two (2) additional pages for any FULL Research/Industrial/Application/Workshop accepted paper at a cost of US$150 per page.
At least one author must register and attend the conference to present the paper. Papers of authors who fail to attend and present their papers will immediately be removed from further consideration for inclusion in the proceedings and the planned journal special issues.
To submit up to three (3) additional papers, the cost is $225 for the 1st additional paper (Early Rate) and $150 for the 2nd ~ 3rd additional paper (Early Rate). The cost will be $300 for the 1st additional paper (Standard Rate) and $200 for the 2nd ~ 3rd additional paper (Standard Rate) after June 20th (Pacific Time Zone).
Virtual Attendee rate is NOT available for publishing authors.

Accepted paper authors need to select registrant type as “Conference Registration – Author”. In addition, Paper ID and Paper Title must be provided for each accepted paper.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Author Registration:At least one author of an accepted paper must register at “Conference Registration – Author” rate per the paper registration policy above in order for paper to be included in the conference and workshop proceedings. If complete payment is not received by the author registration deadline July 9th, 2022 by 23:59 (PDT), the paper will be pulled out from the publications in MIPR 2022. Such author registrations are Non-Refundable.
Other Virtual Attendees: Cancellations/refund request should be made in writing to Dr. Wei-Bang Chen (wchen@vsu.edu) and copy to Dr. Ming-Ching Chang (mchang2@albany.edu). The cancellation fee is 50% of the registration fee. No Refunds will be made from and after July 11th, 2022.
