Camera-Ready Instructions


Step 1: Prepare your revised final manuscript

Address all reviewers’ comments and revise your paper accordingly before submitting the final camera-ready version. The camera-ready format is available here (or refer to submit instructions):

Page limit:

  • Full Papers (6 pages, plus up to 2 pages can be purchased)
  • Short Papers (4 pages)
  • Demo Papers (4 pages)
  • Workshop Papers (6 pages)
Please note that the page limit counts references.


Step 2: Upload the final manuscript

All submissions will be processed via IEEE CPS Website. The submission deadline is July 27, 2023. The final paper must be converted into PDF to comply with the requirements of the IEEE Xplore digital library. The IEEE CPS submission site is available here: IEEE MIPR 2023 Camera-Ready Paper Submission System.


Manuscript Preparation

The following is the steps of uploading the final manuscript on IEEE CPS website:

  • Login/register your account on IEEE CPS website.
  • When you have access to the CPS system, please follow the steps below to upload the document:


  • The final paper must be converted into PDF with settings compliant with the requirements of the IEEE Xplore digital library.
  • Author can use PDF eXpress to validate the PDF file. The instructions to generate a PDF file using the IEEE PDF eXpress web tool are shown below:


  • Create an IEEE PDF eXpress account using the following conference ID: 59079X


  • After logging in, please complete the personal information form

  • Please prepare and upload the source files (e.g. .doc, .docx) of your camera-ready paper for conversion

  • After a few minutes, you will receive the IEEE-Xplore-compatible PDF version of your paper by e-mail.

Manuscript Submission
  • Now you can upload the PDF Validated by IEEE PDF eXpress via IEEE CPS

Step 3: IEEE Copyright form submission
  • At this step, authors need to fill out IEEE copyright form. You will be redirected to IEEE website for electronic copyright form submission.
  • Follow the instructions on the screen and reply to all questions.


  • At the end of this procedure, the online IEEE copyright Transfer form will be displayed. Please write the date and your name at the bottom of the copyright form and finally submit it.
  • NOTE: The copyright form will be recorded in IEEE CPS. A copy will be sent to you by e-mail.


Step 4: Final step
  • The author needs to click 'submit' in the final step on IEEE CPS.


The camera-ready papers are to be screened for possible plagiarism.
